Good morning,

I acquired a Very Mobile SIM on Black Friday with my foreign passport (Argentine), and my Italian codice fiscale. I have not been able to activate the SIM from the Very app, for some reason when scanning my Argentine passport the application freezes completely and I cannot complete the activation.

When I call Very support they tell me to try again or update the app, the result is always the same.

Any recommendation?

Try another document,identity card or driving license.
