Very mobile doesn't help with the problem with the identification video. They sent me an email saying that I would need to record the video with someone from Very mobile but when i click on the hyperlink it says wait for a confirmation email and then I receive the same email saying that I have to record the video with someone from Very. It is very annoying, please help me because I am just spinning in circles. I don't speak Italian which is another problem.
