Hi, how can I ask for a refund for my purchase?
I bought in the last blackfriday a plan with a SIM and I couldn’t activate the SIM by any means. I called the support line, I asked in the community forum (here), and even I went to a very shop personally and they told me since I got my plan through an online offer, I should get an online support. I literally tried everything and no one gave me an answer.
How can I proceed with a refund?
