Assistance Required: SIM Card Number and Number Change Status

Dear Very Mobile Support Team,

 

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with two issues related to my Very Mobile SIM card. Firstly, I do not have access to my SIM card phone number as I am unable to find it in my records or on the SIM card itself.

 

Secondly, I requested an aporator transfer when I purchased Very simcard back in july, which was "Fast Web," to VERYMOBILE. However, it appears this procedure has not been processed yet, and 

 

Due to my limited proficiency in Italian, I would greatly appreciate it if we could communicate via email rather than phone calls.

 

As a reference, I have attached a photo of my SIM card to this email to provide you with the necessary information. I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving these issues.
