salve,
we had a similar problem in that the initial SIM never arrived (turned out to be mixed with neighbor’s mail .. not discovered until after all this). so after 2 weeks we contacted Very by phone 1929: they simply refunded us the initial charge immediately and sent a new welcome pack w/ SIM (x3), this time via courier. it arrived and we activated it without an issue.
