I'm having issues with my app. When I finish my giga, I can't renew before the monthly payment, as I don't have the button to renew. Also, there are several functionalities of my app which do not work, as for instance I can't try to update or change my plan increasing the monthly giga. I called your telephone service many and many times and they were not able to solve anything, please try to solve these problems as soon as possible otherwise I will need to change operator.
