I have the very app connected to my Wi-Fi in my holiday home in Italy. I am in England now and have not been in Italy since September , so I’m not using the Wi-Fi. But you are still taking monthly payments out of my PayPal , and the money isn’t even going on the “credito residuo”. So far you have taken over £20 which I want refunded. It’s impossible to contact anybody for help resolving this matter, and the app doesn’t work .
Also, I am on the monthly 7.99€ subscription but I’ve been debited 9.99€ each month. Why?
I am really angry about this as it seems you have no customer service unless I go into an actual shop in person, which I obviously cannot do because I’m in England!!
