I’d like to order the 220 GB eSim for 9,99€ online. Everytime I try to fill in my Italian tax number, it says ‘codice fiscale non valido’. As soon as I try contact the 1929 or any other number from very, the contact is in Italian or the phone call didn’t receive anyone or it’s not working. Then I tried to contact via email. Both service mail addresses aren’t working, either because it doesn’t exist anymore or because the mail box is full. What can I do now? I need to order the eSim asap. I appreciate any help.
